How do I determine the correct size for raw denim?
We provide detailed measurements for every garment in our shop. We recommend measuring a pair of jeans you currently own using our specific measurement guide and comparing those numbers to the product's size chart.
Do you offer chain-stitch hemming services?
Yes, we offer complimentary chain-stitch hemming on all full-price pants purchased from Blue Owl Workshop using our vintage Union Special 43200G machines.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for store credit or exchange on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 21 days of purchase. Please note that items that have been hemmed or altered are final sale.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping via UPS or USPS usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping times vary by destination and customs processing.
Do you ship internationally?

Will my raw denim shrink after the first wash?
Sanforized denim will experience minimal shrinkage (1-3%), while unsanforized (shrink-to-fit) denim can shrink up to 10% after the first soak. Check the product description for specific fabric details.
